Return Policy

- Non-returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including opened toys or gadgets that cannot be resold.
How to Initiate a Return

- Shipping the Item: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
